In the process of ozone generation through corona discharge, oxygen molecules are first sourced either from the surrounding air or from an oxygen tank. These oxygen molecules are then injected into the ozone generator system where they undergo a transformation under the influence of a high-voltage electrical charge. This charge creates a corona discharge, a localized electrical phenomenon around the electrode, causing the oxygen molecules to split into individual atoms. Some of these atoms then recombine with other oxygen molecules to form ozone molecules (O3). The newly formed ozone is collected and directed out of the generator for various applications.
